Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to students and families

Collaborate with educators, parents, and community resources to address student needs

Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing behavioral or intervention plans

Conduct social work assessments and maintain accurate case documentation

Promote positive student engagement and attendance
Requirements:

Valid Michigan School Social Worker License (MSW required)

Experience in a school setting preferred

Strong communication, organization, and case management skills

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
